The permission can be canceled any time via email at media-center@thermos.eu. Further, you have the right of information, adjustment, deletion and restriction of data transfer as well as data portability. To claim these rights, please contact media-center@thermos.eu. Furthermore, you have the possibility to delete your credentials anytime via „My account“ in the portal itself. Moreover, you have the right of appeal at a data protection supervisory authority.  

Usage of your data

Your credentials for the password protected download area may not be passed on to any third persons. Your chosen password is only known to the user. If you have forgotten your password, please contact us via media-center@thermos.eu so we can reset your password and you can create a new password by yourself.
